Vegetables Rice
4 cups white rice, cooked 1/2 cup butter 1 small bag mixes vegetables 1/2 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced 1/4 cup pecans, chopped
Make your white rice as usual, but instead of using vegetable oil use butter. In another pan, melt the butter. Cook the mixes vegetables, mushrooms, and pecans in the melted butter. Add the cooked rice and mix well.
